KLLF Contributes to NYC Bar Association Report on the State Proposal to Take on the Maternal and Infant Mortality Crisis

On behalf of the New York City Bar Association's Sex and Law and Civil Rights Committees, KLLF associate Kyla Magun partnered with Dana Bolger, a senior attorney at A Better Balance, to draft a report on Governor Hochul's recent proposed reforms to New York's Paid Family Leave and paid medical leave benefits. The report commends the Governor for her proposed updates to these programs and recommends additional changes to fully realize benefits to maternal and infant health.
